Change Consultancy

I support and assist managers at all levels withimplementing change processes, from defining the purpose to designing the change process architecture through to implementation at the individual level of everyone affected, involved or particularly challenged by the change process.

Examples of objectives and assignments:

  • An already existing strategy and already altered structures have not yet gained a foothold in corporate culture.
  • New market requirements combined with organizational re-structuring call for corporate re-alignment (or re-alignment of organizational units) and identity adjustment.
  • Merged business divisions require support during integration.
  • A decision to close a subsidiary requires support during the spin-off process.
  • Assisting an internal change project team with change processes at the organizational and cultural levels.
