Practical Coaching

Situations we experience as particularly challenging, and cannot unravel because they are so complex often give rise to questions like “Where do I start?” or “How do I do this?”These situationsare obstacles to concentrated, effective action.

As a practical coach, I support managers by providing feedback and new impetus. The goal is always to develop practical solutions to problems and challenges.

The goal is:

  • To develop managers’ full potential and to channel it towards personal and economic success.
  • To influence their area of responsibility as active shapers

Examples of objectives and assignments:

  • Coaching newly appointed, inexperienced managers
  • Necessary realignment due to changes in the area of responsibility
  • Delays or glitches in ongoing projects
  • Resource bottlenecks, problems with individuals
  • Misunderstandings and conflicts
  • Developing commitment in teams
